“BMA boats were born from a dream that became a great project, then thanks to the commitment and passion of many people, they became a fantastic reality. The BMA range is characterized by an innovative design not born by chance in Italy, a country that is a worldwide symbol of style, with unique craftsmanship and quality that perfectly and naturally combine tradition and innovation.

If you rent a boat in Menorca as the BMA 199 X you will find performance and comfort, total reliability, in all sea conditions with BMA x199 can maintain high comfort but also performance, the sinuous and aerodynamic lines are designed to always provide the best navigation even when conditions seem prohibitive.

Original styling, aesthetics and cutting-edge design convey style and dynamism at first glance to satisfy the most demanding owners. Performance, safety and comfort make this boat unique from every point of view.

Equipped with a Suzuki engine that develops 140 hp, the BMA sails at more than 40 knots and the sensations you have with this hull of less than 6 meters are very special with very strong accelerations and getting the boat to plane very quickly. We recommend caution with the Charter in Menorca with this boat.

It is also enjoyable when crossing wakes with a pleasant comfort as it has a profiled bow that allows the hull to cushion the bumps well. The BMA is a boat to enjoy even in difficult conditions.

For more technical details you can access the manufacturer in this link of BMA 199 X.

With a length of 6 meters, you can sail if you have the basic license of navigation, which is known as the “”titulín””. If you do not have this license, we give you the opportunity to obtain it with us the same day! in our Nautical Academy.

In terms of security, a system designed by Menorcamar has been installed on the boat, which is in patent process and integrates electronic components such as a SIMRAD GO 7 chart plotter, a Tablet with communications, a set of integrated sensors that generate alerts with relevant information and a system of continuous communications of these alerts to the boat itself and to the office.

It uses the Navionics chart with bathymetry, points of interest including coves, rocks and also restaurants with the phones to be able to book from the boat while sailing. The application allows you to select a destination and chooses the best safe route, which you just have to follow on the chart, with the GPS of the boat takes you day and night with special value when we lose visual references or it is night and also gives you the approximate time of arrival.

With the integration of the components and communications systems, safety alerts are generated that arrive at the same time to the boat and to the office due to knocks, speed, lack of battery, water in the bilge, being anchored in protected areas… The safety system allows access to the weather forecast, to know the route of nearby vessels, access to the instructions of the operation of the components of the boat.

The ship has a VHF radio to use the radio procedures established by IMO and additionally a communication with the office is available. When an unforeseen situation arises that we do not know how to resolve, we call the office where almost all calls for help are resolved. When it is not possible we come to help as we know the position of the ship.”
