BMA boats were born from a dream that became a great project, then thanks to the commitment and passion of many people, they became a fantastic reality. The BMA range is characterized by innovative design not born by chance in Italy, a country that is a world symbol of style, with unique craftsmanship and quality that perfectly and naturally combine tradition and innovation.
If you rent a boat in Menorca like the BMA 199 X you will find performance and comfort, total reliability, in all sea conditions with BMA x199 you can keep comfort high but also performance, sinuous and aerodynamic lines are designed to always provide the best navigation even when conditions seem prohibitive.
Original style, avant-garde aesthetics and design transmit style and dynamism at first sight to satisfy the most demanding owners. Performance, safety and comfort make this boat unique from every point of view.
Equipped with a Suzuki engine that develops 140 hp , the BMA sails at more than 40 knots and the sensations that you have with this hull of less than 6 meters are very special with very strong accelerations and getting the boat to plan very quickly. We recommend caution with the Charter in Menorca with this boat.
It is also enjoyed when crossing wakes with a pleasant comfort by having the profiled nose that allows the hull to absorb shocks well. The BMA is a boat to enjoy even in difficult conditions.
To know more technical details you can access the manufacturer in this link of BMA 199 X
With 6 meters in length, it can be navigated if you have the basic navigation license , which is known as the “titulín”. If you do not have this license, we give you the opportunity to obtain it with us on the same day! in our Nautical Academy
At the safety level, a system designed by Menorcamar has been installed on the boat, which is in the process of being patented and which integrates electronic components such as a chart plotter SIMRAD GO 7, a Tablet with communications, a set of integrated sensors that generate alerts with relevant information and a continuous communications system of these alerts to the ship itself and to the office.
The Navionics chart is used with bathymetry, points of interest that include coves, rocks and also restaurants with telephones to be able to book from the ship while sailing. The application allows you to select a destination and choose the best safe route , which you only have to follow on the chart, with the The ship’s GPS takes you day and night with special value when we lose visual references or it’s night and also gives you the Approximate time of arrival.
With the integration of the communication components and systems, generate security alerts that reach the ship and the office at the same time due to shocks, speed, lack of battery, water in the bilge, being anchored in protected areas… The security system allows access to the weather forecast , knowing the route of nearby ships, access to operating instructions for the ship’s components.
The ship has a VHF radio to use the radio procedures established by the IMO and additionally there is communication with the office. When an unforeseen situation arises in which it is not known how to solve it, the office is called where almost all calls for help are resolved. When it is not possible we come to help since we know the position of the ship.
