Menorcamar & Charter is formed by all of us who participate in it: customers, direct suppliers, the staff who work in it.

   7. When we have doubts we ask questions and commit to help each other, helping means collaborating to complete a task and teaching how to do that task.
   8. Problems and misunderstandings are dealt with quickly, clearly and directly so that they can be solved, and good manners are always maintained.
   9. We need to obtain money to pay for the costs and investments anticipated by the company.
